Max Beekman has been active in the music industry for 15 years, and during that time, his career has taken on various forms. He started with running his own record label and managing multiple artists. Besides that he worked in the live and educational sector. In 2018, Max took a step in a different direction, leaving behind his freelance work to join the Bertus Group, where he assumed the role of International Coordinator. In this capacity, Max played a role in cultivating European partnerships and gained valuable experience in coordinating international campaigns. By 2020, he joined V2 Records as an International Project Manager, working more directly with artists and adding his international knowledge to the team. Currently, he serves as the General Manager at V2 Records, representing the company on a global scale, working with (inter)national partners and artists to further develop the rich history of the independent record label.
