Niels celebrates a 25-year journey in the music industry, starting as a 16-year-old audio volunteer at Belgium’s renowned EML (currently PRG). Transitioning from sound to rigging, he pursued an 8-year career at Frontline Rigging. Since 2012, Niels is happily employed by concert promoter MOJO Concerts, embracing diverse roles such as Production Manager for major stadium and arena shows, Project Manager for acclaimed festivals like Lowlands and Down The Rabbit Hole, Production Designer and presently as Head Of Operations. In this role, Niels co-manages MOJO's production department with Martine Bosch and Maarten van Lokven, responsible for 200+ arena and stadium shows annually, multiple festivals, and a team of over 50 production managers. Beyond event production, his passion resonates with his creative side as designer or as Niels calls it: applied creative.
