Sierk Janssen, born on May 23, 1974, has been involved with the Pinkpop festival since 1992, starting as a production assistant and artist-runner, 32 years ago. As part of the management team, nowadays responsible for the day-to-day running of the festival with a focus on Safety & Permits and Production. Established in 1970 in the South of the Netherlands, Pinkpop is one of the oldest and longest running annual dedicated pop and rock music festival in the world.
