Susan Zwijnenberg is a senior tax manager and partner at Grey Men, an Amsterdam-based full-service tax and financial advisory firm specializing in the cultural and media & entertainment industry. Joining the firm straight out of university, she quickly distinguished herself and ultimately became Grey Men’s first female partner. For the past 16 years, she has provided daily strategic and practical tax guidance to musicians, DJ/producers, and event organizers.

With deep expertise in tax law, Susan is Grey Men’s key authority on day-to-day tax advisory matters, business restructurings, and the development of legal frameworks and corporate structures. She plays a central leadership role within the firm, organizing internal tax consultations and ensuring the team remains up-to-date on developments in the cultural sector, fiscal literature, and relevant case law.
