With an ever-present passion for music, Zoah Celine Rath (28) has built broad and deeply rooted experience within the music industry over recent years. Driven by this dedication, she organized her own events in 2017 and 2018, marking the starting point of her career. Since then, she has developed a sharp eye for talent, programming, and artistic vision.

From 2017 to 2024, she was active at Mo Manager, an artist booking and management agency, where she further specialized over seven years in artist management and career development. Since 2022, she has also been working as a nightclub programmer: first at Schietclub and, from its launch onward, at nachbar. From the very beginning, she has been responsible for the club’s programming and continues to shape its musical identity to this day.

In October 2025, she took the next step by co-founding her own agency, otone, together with two partners. Through this new venture, she combines her extensive experience in artist booking and management, event organization, and club programming to support artists and projects in a sustainable and distinctive way.
