ESNS is an ambitious organisation with staff, freelancers and partners spread throughout the Netherlands and abroad. We keep our head office in Groningen and have a small office in Amsterdam-North.
Our mission is to initiate and stimulate exchange and innovation of Dutch and European pop music and its culture, from niche to mainstream. For European and Dutch artists and the music industry, ESNS is the most important music platform for talent development within and outside Europe.
We strongly value sustainability, inclusiveness, talent development and rejuvenation. ESNS works according to the following codes; Code of Diversity & Inclusion, Fair Practice Code and Governance Code Culture, and is affiliated with the Green Deal and Key Change.
