Bring your ideas, pitch your songs, spin contrarian techno, or simply cheer on your mates. Everyone is welcome in the clubhouse of Northern pop culture. Become part of the best kind of madness the North has to offer. During ESNS, Club NOORD is the meeting place for Northern creators, musicians, professionals, and audiences. Together with artists, festivals, pop organizations, and educational institutions, NOORD, ESNS, and Academie Minerva present a free program full of connection, exchange, and experimentation. During the day, there’s space for talks, panels, and workshops; in the evening, the club transforms into an official ESNS stage where new Northern talent presents itself to peers, visitors, and the music industry. NOORD x Academie Minerva x ESNS For the second time, Club NOORD is hosted in the Academie Minerva building on Zuiderdiep. Not only as a venue, but also as a content partner, Minerva contributes to the program with a shared focus on talent development, creation, and experimentation. Minerva presents a music program featuring artists from the Academy for Pop Culture, and there is space for students and creators to exhibit and sell work through De Kunstkantine. Club NOORD is part of the official ESNS program and focuses on Northern creators as well as audiences and (inter)national professionals. It’s a place to linger, discover, connect, and celebrate Northern pop culture together — raw, distinctive, and full of ambition.
