Ana Ćurčin is a singer-songwriter born in Baghdad, raised in Moscow and based in Belgrade, Serbia. Her music calls to mind artists such as Damien Jurado and Damien Rice, and at times the beguiling fury of Glen Hensard, blending the traditions of folk, Americana and dream pop into an entirely new musical style. Her first album Sketches of Belonging was released in 2016, receiving raving reviews. With album number two on the way it is now time to journey beyond Serbia.
