Aufgang is not your ordinary band. This French/Luxembourg three-piece, made up of musicians from three different countries, uses drums and two grand piano's to make music that is best described as 'experimental electro-baroque pop'. With backgrounds in classical music, they strive for a close cooperation between classical music and electro. They've released three studio albums and their lives shows have a reputation for being remarkably driven by improvisation, experimentation and technique. They deliver a boundary-pushing sound that totally deserves the over-used word 'unique'.
