In contrast to what the group's name – a cocktail of just two identical ingredients – insinuates, the music of Borokov Borokov is a hotch-potch mix of differing genres including Hi-NRG disco, punk, global pop, hardcore, lounge music and performance art. The group of four libertines from the infamous Antwerp suburb of Borgerhout is an exemplary member of the early-twentieth-century movement of feeling. In other words: they party like there is no tomorrow. Their first album was released by Rotkat Records.
