A product of the Camden punk scene that his parents were part of, Chelou is an unsigned 25 year-old songwriter and producer. Emerging in 2014 after leaking his bedroom produced track, ‘The Quiet’ online, his new single 'Halfway To Nowhere' clocked 5 million views on YouTube alone and was championed by Dazed magazine along with DJs Annie Mac, Phil Taggart and Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1. He has performed at festivals from Paris to Seoul and has a unique sound somewhere between Alt-J, Bon Iver and Cat Power.
