In his hometown of Vienna, Clemens Bacher is known as a free jazz drummer, tutor and multi-instrumentalist. His background in jazz taught him that in music, anything is possible and that rules were good to know and then good to smash to pieces. Under the moniker Cid Rim, he uses complex rhythms to dive into progressive electronic music that draws influences from both dance and hip-hop. His self-titled debut album was released on the Scottish label, LuckyMe (TNGHT, Machinedrum) in 2012. His new EP Mute City was released in September.
