If the name doesn't say everything then you should probably know enough when you hear they have supported  Battles, Sleigh Bells, Melt Banana, Vivian Girls and Screaming Females. "Deathcrush are one of the coolest bands I've ever seen... they have created riot music for the 21st century", according to The Quietus. The two ladies and the gentleman from Norway have skyrocketed within a few years. Without a single in sight they were bombarded with requests to come and play. Their live reputation is undisputed. They mix their pop cultural reference fetish with the reckless sonic heritage of Teenage Jesus and the Jerks or James Chance. Like Norwegian vikings they pillage and rape, only now it's music history. Their healthy motto is: “We won't necessarily respect your comfort zone.” It explains what to expect of a Deathcrush concert.
