Finnish producer Desto brings a chilling northern wind to the dubstep and UK bass scene. He's one of the driving forces and most well known figures of the emerging dance scene in Helsinki. He's renowned for his unique sound, which is a balanced mix of broken rhythms, rattling basses and slowly fading synths. His take on bass music is well appreciated in England, as he's been featured in the DJ sets and radio shows of Benji B (BBC Radio 1), Joker, Oneman (Rinse FM, 502 Recordings) and Mala (DMZ). His full-length debut album Emptier Streets was released last June.
