Dharmacide is a shoegaze/dreampop outfit from Madrid. After several singles and performing in Paris (Supersonic), Berlin (8MM Club) and at the New Colossus Festival, they self-released their debut LP ‘Cult Band Member’ in September 2021. The first half was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Orchin (Hatchie, Launder, Tamaryn) and then completed in Madrid at Alejandro Leiva’s studio. The first 100 copies sold out almost immediately, forcing the band to manufacture a second pressing. On its release day, they performed two sold out shows at Madrid’s Sala El Sol with support from Elias Bender Rønnenfelt (Iceage).
