To French saxophonist Guillaume Perret, jazz is an open invitation to throw in funk, surreal harmonies, breakneck metal, breathy arabesque, retro-African groove, and jam-band psychedelica. It's big-tent jazz, a sonic electro-shock bristling with a truly global range of influences. After the EP Doors and second release Open Me (2014) he released FREE in September, 2016.
