King Charles makes indie folk rock pop with psychedelic outbursts. This London-based musician was discovered in 2011, probably because of his head of curly hair and the pink overalls he used to perform in back then. As a teenager, he listened to Donavon and Syd Barrett whenever he wasn't taking cello or singing lessons. His musical education was classical, and he found his voice singing in choirs and singing groups. King Charles will be appreciated by fans of Noah & The Wale and Mumford & Sons, but as far as his personality is concerned, he is more like Devendra Banhart.
