Kynsy is the solo project of 24 year-old Irish multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer Ciara Lindsey. Her music moves from the metallic lurch of a nightclubbing Iggy Pop, the icy cool of St. Vincent to the futurism of Julian Casablancas’ solo output. Kynsy’s debut EP was a powerful statement of intent, channelling youthful rage into something tragic yet uplifting. The 2022 EP ‘Something To Do With Love’ builds on the swaggering wit of the predecessor, shapeshifting into something broader, grander, even stronger.
