It was in London that the Danish rapper, Linkoban discovered the direction she wanted to take her music. Inspired by grime, hip-hop, dancehall and pop, she developed her own style. Back in Copenhagen the Danish rapper quickly gained a following with her hard-hitting music, spectacular live shows and her EP, Super Into On It. She's known for not holding back with her lyrics and this created some problems for her in China. After being invited to tour the country, the Chinese authorities cancelled her shows due to her songs' explicit content. Don't worry; Linkoban toured the country anyway, performing in underground clubs. After touring the US, UK, Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands and performing at Roskilde festival and SXSW, she released her well received debut album OX on Lucy Love's label, Super Billion Records in May.
