After moving from San Francisco to Iceland, Ryan Karazija started the musical project Low Roar. His twelve song debut album chronicles the challenges of starting all over again in a foreign land, and is an honest depiction of the struggles to acclimatise, find work and support his family in the Icelandic winter. The band's music, often described as 'expansive and dreamy', is epic indie rock full of melancholy and hope.
