Lucy Rose left home after completing her A-levels. At eighteen she moved to London and began experimenting and performing with other musicians. In that process she met the guys of Bombay Bicycle Club. Front man Jack Steadman asked her to do some background vocals for the band. They recorded the song Flaws in half an hour. A song that did a lot of good for the notoriety of Lucy Rose. Her beautiful voice was hard to ignore. She can also be heard on the new album by Bombay Bicycle Club, but of course she has made her own songs now as well. That kind of voice can't remain in the background. Lucy Rose released some songs and just finished the recording of her first album. Rose proves that a beautiful voice can promote you from background to foreground.
