Hailing from Estonia NOËP has taken the Baltic and Scandinavian territories first, before descending on Eurosonic and the rest of Europe. His electro pop is fueled by melancholic pop tunes, beats that seem to fly to the Orient and back and moving, occasionally ragga-esque vocals. An intriguing blend by singer-producer Andres Kõpper from Tallinn. Signed to Sony Sweden, his next move is to release an EP as follow-up to smash hit Move.
