Have you heard the theory that it takes 10.000 hours of practise to really succeed at something? That's for normal human beings, not for natural talents like David Rhodes. The 24-year old from Hertfordshire, England picked up a guitar for the first time in January this year! Within a few months, he enchanted his listeners with his Buckley-like vocals and well-placed guitar chords. His subtle songs contain so much space, it's as if they're about to rise up from the ground. The songs on his debut EP, Raise Your Love (released in October) remind one of early Coldplay.
