SATELLITE STORIES hail from the northern outpost of Oulu, Finland. Live their energetic show has given them a growing reputation as an amazing party band - the audience drives the band, as the band drives the audience, through a packed can of Indie pop. Comparisons to bands such as Vampire Weekend, The Wombats or Two Door Cinema Club only scratches the surface as you find on the Satellite Stories debut album, "Phrases to Break the Ice" (released worldwide September 21st, 2012). Satellite Stories are not trying to re invent the wheel, their aim is to give as much fun and entertainment as possible and take the audience on the journey with them, to quote another Scandinavian band, "party is a trend that will never stop". 2013 will see Satellite Stories year begin with the Eurosonic showcase, and a four continent tour to follow.
