What will the result be if you mix classical music with techno? You end up with Schattenspiel. But only if you it well; Schattenspiel has no easy layer-on-layer, cut-and-paste approach. The project of composer/DJ Paul David Heckhausen is a total blend of the two genres of music, with both melodic, deep and electronic techno with live acoustic instruments like cello, hang drums and trombone.
