Solitary ZEBRA is an alternative indie rock band from the northern part of the Netherlands, consisting of local legends of the (now defunct) band Orange Glow. After a year of tweaking their sound, songs and line-up, the three guys and one gal have finally left their rehearsal space and presented themselves to the world. Their first self-titled EP shows that while they've taken influence from the Pixies, Muse, Joy Division and Nick Cave, they still manage to make music with their own signature twist. Their sound is a catchy-but-edgy kind of indie rock with a dark, melancholic undertow.
