Berlin-based Sonic Interventions is a transdisciplinary, diaspora-futuristic groove and jazz band. Known for inclusive live spectacles, in which moments of meditation and trance transform into heavy grooves, they merge improvisation, poetry, performance and dance inspired by the cosmos. In 2025 the band was awarded the German Jazz Award as Best Newcomer while being nominated two more times, in the categories Best Live Act and Best Large Ensemble. Their acclaimed Debut Album Do You Remember? appeared on Agogo Records in November 2024 and received generous critical acclaim.
