After two awesome LPs and a ridiculous number of live shows, both in the Netherlands and abroad, beat/speed rock 'n' roll band The Deaf is the pride of beat city The Hague. Thanks to their love of gritty 60s garage music, Spike, Miss Fuzz, Kit Carrera and Midnight Mau have built up a ruthless and catchy repertoire, without becoming retro-fetishists. Their debut album Toot Whistle Plunk Boom! was released in 2011, and second album The Deaf came out in 2014.
