ESNS welcomes all kinds of proposals, with a maximum duration of 1 hour, in any format that's close to your heart, including Panel Discussions, Keynotes, Interviews, Workshops, Q&As, Debates, or Podcasts.
ESNS is committed to fostering a sustainable, diverse, and inclusive music sector where music is enjoyed by everyone. We aim to offer a platform for dynamic voices across the music industry.
- Sessions have a maximum duration of 1 hour
- Moderators receive a €250,00 fee. Speakers receive an ESNS Delegates Pass (no travel and accommodation costs)
- We will contact you if we find any matches in our conference programme.
- Think outside the box: we're looking for programme which inspires or ahws!
- ESNS 2026 will take place from January 14-17, 2026 in Groningen, the Netherlands.
- Submission deadline: October 1st at midnight.
