Workshop - Millennials in the Middle: Mastering Cross-Gen Harmony

Boomers & Gen Z not invited, this one is Millennials (1980-1996) only. Our time is now! Many of us have climbed some sort of ladder to end up in or close to a management position. Suddenly we’re dealing with being a leader to both the generation that taught us all the secrets of the industry (Boomers & Gen X) and our successors, Gen Z. Both with very different world views, and very different work ethics. So, how do you get them to work together? And maybe even value each other (and you)? How do you create a dynamic team in which everyone can blossom? In this millennial-only safe space we invite you to share your ideas, frustrations, lifehacks and everything else you’d like to share on the subject. To find peace in knowing that you’re not alone, to learn some new intergenerational jokes maybe, and to meet some cool people that also just try to find out whatever works for them. No worries though, we’ll set the scene, throw in some medium-effort games, lure all of you undercover introverts out of your shells. All you gotta do is engage and have fun.
