Speed Meetings: ESNS network carousel

Join us at the unplugged version of the ESNS network carousel!
Do you recall the online 1-on-1 meetings held during the digital editions of ESNS in 2021 and 2022? This year, we’re excited to announce in-person speed meetings at the ESNS network carousel. Head over to the speed meeting desk to enlist in quick paced networking.

How does it work?

• SIGN IN at the desk at the stage of the Grote Zaal. The desk opens Thursday at 10:00.
• At 10:30, the first participants will take place at the speed meeting tables.
• Every 3 minutes, when the bell rings, participants on one side of the tables move to a new spot, while those on the other side remain seated.
• After completing one full round, the next participants will be seated and invited to join in. If anyone decides to leave during a round, the next person in the queue can jump in mid-round..
• If you want to go again, join the back of the queue and you can meet another set of people!

Whether you're sharing insights, exploring collaborations, or simply getting to know other professionals, the rotation system guarantees you will meet at least six fellow attendees faster than you can say ‘reply-all’. Bring your business cards, an open mind and allow for a bit of organised chaos.
