Mareike Brühl is co-founder of Fork Ranger (www.forkranger.com). She studied Industrial Engineering and Management (in Groningen!) and first worked at various scale-ups in renewable energy and energy savings. The entrepreneurial adventure brought her back to the topic of food in which she has long been interested. Together with Frank Holleman, she makes sustainable food choices easy and more fun.
