Uomo Universale and pop artist Sef, or Yousef Gnaoui, released his fifth studio album "I could die for a lot but not for a flag" in February. The album is described as "a hopeful scream for system change and a search for new, dynamic ways of being together" and named by 3voor12 as the best Dutch album of 2023. The year was also dominated by a theater tour with the El Salvador Ensemble, with which SEF is performing his fourth album and also visits Noorderslag.
