Streaming: Show me the money!

The first priority of the independent music industry remains growing digital income. Recent reports show that the recorded music market has not yet returned to pre-digital levels and that the value of music is decreasing due to inflation and declining subscription prices in real terms. The value of music needs to be reappraised if we are serious about growing the whole music ecosystem. But is this a realistic goal? And if so, how can this be achieved and what steps need to be taken?
