Jeroen van Erp

Jeroen van Erp graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Design at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, in 1988. In 1992 he was one of the founders of Fabrique which positions itself as an international multidisciplinary design agency. He established the firm’s Interactive Media department in 1994, focusing on the development of sites for the world wide web, a brand new phenomenon at that time. Under Jeroen's joint leadership, over the years Fabrique has grown into a multifaceted design agency. It currently employs more than 100 artists, engineers and storytellers, working for a wide range of international clients – from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to the Lowlands festival, from the Design Museum and Tate Modern in London to the city of Agra in India. Between 2015 and 2021 he was Professor of Concept Design at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology. Jeroen is currently a partner in Fabrique and innovation strategist. He is also a board member of Kunsten ’92 and chair of the supervisory board of Eurosonic Noorderslag. For Kunsten ’92 he developed a vision for the cultural and creative industries, under the eloquent title Kunsten2030
