I come from volunteering and began volunteering when I was 19yrs old. I have done everything from organizing rehearsal spaces, sound, production, booking & programming to being part of running a venue. My professional background is Teaching and Tour Production (TM & PM). Today I am fulltime employed as the Head of Production for Roskilde Festival and am in charge of leading supplier, freelancers and 12 volunteer Team Managers with teams with more than 2.000 volunteers.
