New ESNS Conference highlights

In his keynote speech at the ESNS conference, Alex Hardee (Wasserman Music) will take delegates through his impressive career. Since co-founding CODA Agency in 2002—which became Paradigm Talent Agency in 2019 and was acquired by Wasserman Music in 2012— Alex Hardee has nurtured talents into global superstars and established his agency into one of Europe’s leading music talent agencies. His current roster features European headliners such as Bastille, Liam Gallagher, and London Grammar.

In the provocatively titled panel "How to steal an act," industry veterans will tackle one of the music business's most candid conversations about artist loyalty and retention. Moderated by Age Versluis (Friendly Fire), this frank discussion brings together an elite group of industry leaders, including Tony van de Berkt (8Ball Music) and Alex Hardee (Wasserman Music). Together, they'll explore the complex dynamics of artist commitment, sharing personal experiences from both sides—from losing valued talent to successfully attracting new artists. Drawing from their extensive experience across agencies, labels, and promoters, these industry pros will offer unique insights into the delicate balance of relationships and loyalty in today's music business.

ESNS Tech is a series of panel discussions curated by innovation specialist and community builder Turo Pekari (Music Finland). Experts in the intersection of music and technology will address topics such as innovations shaping the future of live entertainment and the dynamics of conflict and collaboration in AI.

In an ESNS Tech session focused on the intersection of technology and gender equity, industry experts will explore "How the FemTech Movement is Shaping the Music Business." Moderated by Neeta Ragoowansi (MMF-US), this essential panel features visionary leaders, including Rufy Anam Ghazi (AMRA), Connie Chow (SheSaid. So Amsterdam/FUGA), Christine Osazuwa (Measure of Music), and Maiju Talvisto (SheSaid.So). Together, they'll examine how the FemTech movement catalyses transformation across the music industry, highlighting innovative mentorship programs and groundbreaking initiatives that amplify women's voices. Drawing from their extensive experience in music technology, rights management, and advocacy, these pioneers will share insights on creating a more inclusive and dynamic future for the industry, where technology and representation come together to create unprecedented opportunities for women in music.
