Revelland artists bring multisensory live events to ESNS25

19.11.24

ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag), the key exchange for emerging European music, announces new showcase acts and conference speakers for ESNS25. The new additions are presented in collaboration with Revelland, promoting a sustainable, diverse, and inclusive music sector where music is enjoyed by everyone.

The five acts are part of the Revelland project, which aims to take live music performances to the next level by transforming them into multisensory events, making them more immersive and inclusive.

The Revelland acts showcasing at ESNS25 are:

  • Bratři (cz)
  • CUT_ (nl)
  • Lyra Valenza & Signe Dige (dk)
  • One eat One (it)
  • The Anahit (hu).

They will perform a fully accessible and immersive show with special effects, turning all your senses, from smell to taste, into vibrations, sound, interpretations, and visuals.

Earlier, the acts performed their multisensory and accessible live sets at European festivals such as Colours of Ostrava, Cooltural, KeepOn LIVE FEST, Roskilde Festival, and Sziget.

The entire ESNS line-up immediately joins the European Talent Exchange program, increasing their chances of getting booked at major European festivals after showcasing at ESNS.

Discussing ‘Accessibility 2.0’ at ESNS Conference

In the pioneering session ‘Accessibility 2.0: Beyond the Ramp,’ industry leaders will explore how festivals and venues can move past basic accommodations to create truly inclusive spaces. Moderated by Ronald Ligtenberg (Possibilize), this eye-opening discussion brings together forward-thinking experts, including Isabel Diez Monedero (Cooltural Festival) and Stephanie Singer (BitterSuite).

Together, they'll challenge conventional approaches to accessibility, sharing real-world examples and practical solutions beyond physical infrastructure to foster genuine belonging. Drawing from their diverse experiences in festival management and innovative event design, these accessibility advocates will offer actionable insights into creating holistic, inclusive environments that serve diverse audiences while maintaining financial viability—proving that true accessibility is achievable and essential for the future of live events.

Stay tuned; more speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

In other words, it is a multidisciplinary experimentation that makes artistic performances accessible to everyone in a creative way.
