With her remarkable voice and folky singer-songwriter songs, eighteen-year old Chayah takes her listeners to a far away place. She's the only member of her family who left religion behind and this has become a recurring theme in her songs. Supported by the Hedon venue in Zwolle, she's played support slots for bands like The Veils, Amatorski and Douwe Bob. She made it to the finals of the national TV talent competition "The Best Singer-Songwriter of the Netherlands" and competed in one of the biggest music competition of the Netherlands, "De Grote Prijs van Nederland". Various festival gigs are planned for 2014.
