Now signed to Domino Records, Irish songwriter Seamus Fogarty and his band of multi-instrumentalists dip into numerous genres. The lads go from krautrock to traditional balladry and everything in between, mixing conventional instrumentation with 'found sounds' and live electronics. All fronted by Fogarty’s plaintive vocals and songwriting. Last album The Curious Hand underlines their ability to translate influences like Bill Callahan, Jon Hopkins and Will Oldham into a modern electronically tinged set.
