Which festival ticket gives me access to which day?

ESNS Passe-Partout
This ticket gives you access from Wednesday through Saturday.

Eurosonic Noorderslag
This ticket gives you access from Thursday through Saturday.

Eurosonic
This ticket gives you access to Eurosonic, from Thursday through Friday.

Eurosonic Wednesday
This ticket gives you only access to Eurosonic on Wednesday.

Eurosonic Thursday
This ticket gives you only access to Eurosonic on Thursday.

Eurosonic Friday
This ticket gives you only access to Eurosonic on Friday.

Noorderslag
This ticket gives you only access to Noorderslag on Saturday.

Noorderslag Young
This ticket gives you access to Noorderslag on Saturday, only if you are 28 years old or younger at the time of the event.

How do I buy a festival ticket?

You can buy a festival ticket for ESNS through our webshop. There are several ticket types available, including Passe-Partout tickets, combi tickets, day tickets and Noorderslag tickets. You can find the difference between these tickets in the question above.

When you have added your ticket to your shopping cart and want to check out, you will be asked to log in or make an account. This way, you can always find your tickets in your own account. Complete your details if necessary, and then you can proceed to checkout.

How do I personalise my festival ticket?

You can personalise your festival ticket in two ways: either by using the blue button immediately after your purchase, or via the confirmation email you receive after buying your ticket. Below is a step-by-step guide for personalising your conference ticket:

1. Click on the blue personalise button.

2. You will be taken to the personalisation page, where you can personalise your ticket.

3. Fill in all required information. You will eventually receive an email confirming that “your ticket has been personalised.”

4. Did you purchase tickets for multiple people? You can easily forward them when you start personalising the tickets. For each ticket, you will be asked whether you want to claim the ticket yourself or send it to a friend. You can then choose to share the ticket via a link or send it by email.

When do I receive my festival ticket and where can I get my wristband?

You will receive your ticket with a barcode on January 12, 2026. You can use this barcode to exchange your ticket for a wristband. The wristband gives you access to the ESNS venues, so it’s very important to exchange your ticket for a wristband. Your ticket alone does not give you access to the venues.

You can exchange your ticket for a wristband starting Wednesday, January 14 2026, at De Oosterpoort (Trompsingel 27, 9724 DA, Groningen).

The festival desk opening hours are as follows:
Wednesday 15:00 PM - 00:00 AM
Thursday 15:00 PM - 23:00 PM
Friday 16:00 PM - 23:00 PM

Can I sell my festival ticket?

Yes, we have an official ESNS resale platform. Through this platform, you can sell your ticket and make someone else happy. The ticket you sell will receive a new barcode when it’s sent to the new owner. ESNS tickets are not sold through third parties.

What if the tickets are sold out?

Are you still searching for a ticket but it’s sold out in our webshop? On the resale platform, you can set up a notification, and as soon as a ticket becomes available, you will receive an email. Be quick, though, because multiple people may have set up a notification for the same ticket.

Delegate Passes

A Delegate Pass gives you full access to the ESNS Conference, the festival programme, and exclusive networking events. You’ll also gain access to useful tools like the Delegates Database and ESNS Analytics. Do you have questions about Delegate Passes, how to personalise them, or how to access the Delegate Database? How do I buy a Delegate Pass?

When you have added your ticket to your shopping cart and want to check out, you will be asked to log in or make an account. This way, you can always find your tickets in your own account. Complete your details if necessary, and then you can proceed to checkout.

Next, you will reach the "Order Complete" page. From here, you can immediately personalise your ticket by clicking the blue button. The “How do I personalise my Delegate Pass?” question below explains this process in more detail.

If you have purchased multiple tickets, you can assign them to different people from your order page.

How do I personalise my Delegate Pass?

You can personalise your festival ticket or Delegate Pass in two ways: either by using the blue button immediately after your purchase or via the confirmation email you receive after buying your ticket. Below is a step-by-step guide for personalising your conference ticket:

1. Click the blue personalise button.

2. You will then be asked to log in. If you don’t have an account, create your own ESNS account. If you are not asked to log in, it is likely that you have visited ESNS in previous years and already have an account.

3. Before personalising, make sure you are logged in with your own ESNS account. You can check this by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner. Here, you will see the email address and name of the person currently logged in. If this isn’t you, log out and log in with your own ESNS account. This is very important, as this account is linked to the Delegates Database.

4. Fill in all required information.

5. You will eventually receive an email confirming that “your ticket has been personalised.”

For the Delegate Pass, it may take some time before you appear in the database. If you experience any issues or have further questions, please refer to “How do I get into the Delegates Database?”.

How can I get into the Delegates Database?

Once you have personalised your ticket using the step-by-step guide, you will gain access to the database within an hour.

If you can access the database but don’t see yourself listed, it may be because you did not give permission to share your information during the personalisation process. You can easily update your delegates profile and check the box to allow your information to be displayed in the Delegates Database.

For whom is the YOUNG Delegate Pass?

In the ESNS webshop, you will find two types of tickets: a Delegate Pass and a YOUNG Delegate Pass. The YOUNG Delegate Pass is for attendees who are 28 years old or younger at the time of the ESNS Conference. When you buy a (YOUNG) Delegate Pass, the ticket always includes festival access.
