Showcasing for a better world

Our mission at ESNS is to initiate and stimulate the exchange and innovation of Dutch and European pop music and its culture, from niche to mainstream. For European and Dutch artists and the music industry, ESNS is the most important music platform for talent development within and beyond Europe.

ESNS' vision is that a more diverse European music palette is heard throughout Europe and beyond. Music unites people and reduces contradictions in society. We believe that a rich and diverse music culture contributes to greater social cohesion and mutual respect.

The Showcase for a better world programme is based on the last two spearheads, Music for Ever and Music for Everyone. We believe that integrating sustainability and diversity and inclusion into our organisation is a necessary and healthy decision, and that we have a social responsibility to act and improve in both areas.

We want to be future-proof. We feel a responsibility as an organisation to contribute to the desired solutions and to prevent problems that may arise if we do not become more sustainable and inclusive.

We are also curious. We want to discover new ways to improve, develop our event and make a positive impact. This feeds into our motivation to act and make a difference.
