Artificialice is a project of singer and songwriter Alicja Sobstyl. The music of debut album ‘Prisoners of Expectations’ is the result of the cooperation between Alicja Sobstyl, Tomasz Rafalski, Alan Kapołka and Maciej Świniarski, intertwined with production by Ziemowit Klimek and Krzysztof Hadrych. The album is characterized by hypnotic vocals reminiscent of Björk, fresh arrangements in the style of Aussie jazzfunkers Hiatus Kaiyote, and uncompromising electronic sounds inspired by Sophie and Arca.
