The effects of lifelong exposure to misogyny, bigotry on confidence are devastating. In an industry where confidence helps you not only to stand out, but stay standing, it is a much sought after skill especially for women and gender expansive individuals.

We don’t need to learn how sexism, gender-roles, stigma and bias show up for women every day - it’s a lived experience through and through. What we do want to strengthen is the ability to confidently respond to those assumptions without internalising them and making them means something about us as artists, and as human beings.

In this practical workshop, we’ll not only offer up a safe circle to share your innermost limiting beliefs about yourself and your craft, we’ll help you reframe them, define your personal definition of success and empower you to walk your path to personal success with clarity and confidence - long-term.

Group workshop format with interactive exercises and space to receive support and gentle guidance on how sexism is (cock)blocking you in moving the needle towards a sustainable career in music.
