Barbara Vos works across the boundaries of policy, design and societal transition. She brings a sharp analytical lens and a deep curiosity for what drives people and systems, always attuned to what moves beneath the surface.

Vos observes, connects and describes. Her work focuses on making complex issues such as water quality, food transition and exploring how policy measures can be grounded in societal value both visible and actionable. She always starts from the human experience: what matters to people, how they navigate change and how their perspectives can shape meaningful solutions.

Her approach is both reflective and hands on. She makes abstract goals tangible and invites others to rethink roles, break patterns and co-create new perspectives, always with people at the heart of every process. Over the past decade she has worked with organizations such as What Design Can Do, Tegenlicht, ADE Green, the BAD Award, BlueCity, ID&T, Gemeente Amsterdam, Archohm, Hoogheemraadschap van Delfland, Provincie Fryslân, Gemeente Rotterdam and the Dutch Design Foundation.
