Conchitta Bottse (1984) is an urban arts blackbelt. She has been a promoter at pop venue PAARD in The Hague since 2017, with expertise in the field of urban and hip hop, developing a talent showcase under the name GUAP Night and an R&B festival by the name of Supafly since 2022. In addition, since 2014 she has been executive producer and promoter of ADE Beats, the hip hop, bass and beats conference at Amsterdam Dance Event. She also was executive producer of the theatre performance Pang Pang (2019) by the Rotterdam based company Grande Loge and has been involved in The Notorious IBE since 2010, an international multi-day hip hop and urban dance festival with a unique composition of dance, music and educational programs. Recently she started working as a booking agent for spoken word artists in Rotterdam at Spraakuhloos Agency.
