Connor Chapman is the Director, International Relations for the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), where he is responsible for both the relationships with, and revenue received from collecting societies around the world. With over 15 years of experience in rights management, Connor combines a data savvy approach with a keen understanding of society operations to help shape SOCAN’s international strategy and growth. A strong collaborator, Connor serves on various global task forces, playing a vital role in improving how collecting societies work together to the benefit of rightsowners, with a particular focus on live concerts.
