Emma Banks is a Music Agent and Co-Head of Global Touring at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), one of the world’s leading entertainment and sports agencies. Based in CAA’s London office, she works with an impressive roster of artists, including Katy Perry, Muse, Arcade Fire, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence + The Machine, Kylie Minogue, and Green Day.

Emma began her career at Wasted Talent and helped transform its successor, Helter Skelter, into one of Europe’s top music booking agencies, eventually becoming Managing Director. In 2006, she joined CAA, co-establishing its London office and leading the global expansion of CAA’s music division.

Beyond her agency work, Emma is Chair of the Board of Trustees for Nordoff & Robbins, the UK’s leading music therapy charity. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Music Industry Trusts Award, Pollstar’s UK Agent of the Year multiple times, and The Strat at the 2023 Music Week Awards.
