Eva Johanna Lepikov is the recently appointed Executive Producer of Tallinn Music Week, the Estonian new music festival and industry conference. Growing from assistant to digital to Head of Marketing to Executive Producer, she has been with the festival for over 5 years. Simultaneously she manages the marketing for TMW’s sister festival Station Narva and the marketing for the organising company Shiftworks’ projects. Eva has a degree in Music Business from BIMM Bristol and multifaceted experience in music and event marketing, PR, event promotion, stage management etc. Eva also handles artist liaison for Estonian festivals Saund and Mägede Hääl that focus on alternative and electronic music.
