Guna Zučika is a CEO of the music company Every Little Thing who represents such artists like Carnival Youth, Tautumeitas, Bel Tempo, Fiņķis, Kautkaili, e.t.c. and cooperates with the international music record label Sony Music for their activities in Latvia. Guna holds a Master's degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster and is currently studying for a doctorate at the Latvian Academy of Culture. Guna is a board member of the Latvian Music Export Office and a council member of the Latvian Performers’ and Producers’ Association (LaIPA).
